Our fee structure is completely transparent and all-inclusive. The quoted annual tuition covers all 28–30 weekly classroom hours, proprietary 24-volume printed study codexes, daily graded practice problems (DPP), full-length computerized test series, and evening 1-on-1 faculty doubt consultations. There are zero supplementary charges for tests, revisions, or interview counseling.
The 20-candidate batch ceiling is an unbreakable institutional law at Vaidya & Shah. Commercial coaching centers pack 80 to 200 students into theater-sized halls where individual accountability is impossible. By capping batches at 20, our master teachers maintain eye contact with every scholar, review their live calculation steps in class, and conduct daily personalized doubt desks. We never increase batch limits under any circumstances.
Yes. To assist parents, the annual tuition can be remitted in three equal installments across the academic year without any interest or surcharge. Additionally, students awarded 75%, 50%, or 25% GMDT merit waivers have their discounts automatically deducted pro-rata from each installment cycle.
For students traveling from Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara, Bhavnagar, or other Gujarat centers, the Guild has curated vetted executive student residences located within 500 to 800 meters of our Bodakdev campus on SG Highway. These secure facilities feature disciplined curfew timings, silent study rooms, hygienic nutritious catering, and high-speed fiber internet.
Parents receive real-time SMS and WhatsApp notifications every evening when their student submits and receives their evaluated Daily Practice Problem (DPP). Furthermore, bi-weekly audited physical academic performance reports containing granular question-by-question analytics, speed metrics, and teacher notes are dispatched directly to the parents' registered residence.
